About Regency Source

Regency Source was incorporated in 2013, originally to help learners find the right training with the right provider. Since then, we have continued to grow — expanding our portfolio to support local businesses, learners, and communities with training and development that fits real working lives.
Around 90% of our courses can be completed online, and we are proud to offer remote invigilation for exams where attending our centre is not practical. We also provide bespoke in-house training, tailored to meet your recruitment, development, and business values.
We pride ourselves on delivering a friendly, down-to-earth service that supports you from start to finish — and aims to exceed expectations every step of the way.
Training that works for learners and employers

For Businesses
We work closely with employers to deliver flexible training solutions that support staff development, compliance, and long-term growth — delivered in a way that fits around your business.

Alternative Provision (Ages 11–18)
Since 2023, we have been proud to offer Alternative Provision for students aged 11 to 18 who need something a bit different. Working in partnership with local schools and councils, we promote a love of learning, curiosity, and engagement for students who may find mainstream education challenging for a range of reasons.
We are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, supporting Nottinghamshire County Council along with schools in and around the Mansfield and Ashfield area.
Launching in 2026: RS Recruit
In 2026, we are proud to launch RS Recruit — a natural addition to our existing services.
RS Recruit will allow us to not only support learners to develop new skills through the training we offer, but also to help them secure jobs they love. We are excited to build new relationships with businesses, supporting recruitment needs locally and, we hope, nationwide.
This next step reflects our commitment to supporting individuals and employers beyond training — creating meaningful opportunities that lead to long-term success.
Proudly local. Ready to grow.
No matter what your journey looks like or how you have come to us, we are glad you are here.
